Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets out what you may and may not do with HAMANI Marketing. It exists to keep recipients safe and to keep you compliant with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

You must

only message people who have consented to hear from you;
keep accurate sender identification on every message;
honour unsubscribe requests promptly (we stop them automatically);
keep your content honest and lawful.

You must not

send to purchased, scraped or non-consented lists;
use deceptive subject lines, false urgency or other dark patterns (our tools block these);
use covert open or click tracking;
send unlawful, misleading, or harmful content.

Enforcement

We may warn, rate-limit or suspend accounts that breach this policy. Serious or repeated breaches may be reported to the relevant authority (e.g. ACMA, OAIC).
