HAMANI CONCIERGE(built on Anthropic’s Claude) can draft campaign copy tailored to your niche and audience, and translate it into other languages. A deterministic engine always produces a usable draft first; the AI only ever polishes on top. Translations and bundled language versions are machine-generated starting points you review before sending — AI drafts, not certified or professionally checked translation.

When you set up your workspace, CONCIERGE can also infer a starting business profile — your likely industry, what you offer, your price positioning and who your customers are — from the public website or Google Business Profile you provide. This is a reviewable draft you confirm or edit; nothing is applied until you do. A deterministic classifier produces this profile when the AI is switched off.

When you ask CONCIERGE to draft or translate, we send the prompt and the copy involved — not your whole database, not other customers’ data, and not credentials. When you ask us to profile your business, we also send the public content of the website or Google Business Profile you provide so the AI can infer the draft profile you then review. When the AI is switched off for your workspace, we do not invoke it on your data.

Whenever the AI service is not connected or unavailable, CONCIERGE runs in a deterministic mode — drafts are produced by our own engine and clearly marked as such. We never present a fabricated AI result.
